By accessing and using BuddyUp ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

BuddyUp is a platform that connects sports enthusiasts ("Users") with practice partners ("Buddies"). We act as an intermediary to facilitate these connections but are not a party to any agreement between Users and Buddies.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or profane material.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
• Harassment or abuse of any kind towards Buddies or Users will result in immediate account termination.

4. Safety and Liability

BuddyUp does not conduct criminal background checks on its users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We strongly advise you to:

• Meet in public places.
• Tell a friend or family member where you are going.
• Trust your instincts.

YOU AGREE THAT BUDDYUP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY HARM OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

5. Payments and Cancellations

Payments are handled securely through our third-party payment processors. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee as determined by the Buddy's specific policy.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
